Nothing to report from Gaborone.
Another dissapointing day in Nairobi with Safcom (+0.3%) the only name showing any form of life as 6.2m shares changed hands in the telco. KNCB (-2.9%) came under some serious local selling pressure. EABL was very quiet ahead of results due out tomorrow.
Another generally muted day in Mauritius. Once again the lion’s share of the action took place in MCBG (unch, Rs221.00).
A dire day on the activity front in Lagos with not a single name breaking the $1m mark. Banking stocks closed the day +1.18% higher on tiny volume while consumers fell -0.47%.
Please note that the index figure above is correct at the time of writing.
Nothing to report from an embarrassing day of trading.
