A slow day in Gaborone after the long weekend with nothing to report.
Another slow day in Nairobi with some action in Safcom ($1.5m) once again the only name worth mentioning from an activity point of view as the telco closed the day unchanged. The two major banking stocks ended the day mixed with with EQBNK flling -0.7% while KNCB closed +0.7% higher.
It was a rather average day on the activity front with some small activity in SBMH the only name worth mentioning as 1.9m shares changed hands.
Another day without a single name breaking the $1m turnover mark, as there were no crosses worth reporting on. Banking stocks closed the day -2.26% lower with losses in Stanbic (-3.00%), Access (-2.25%) and GTB (-1.28%). Consumers ended -1.16% lower thanks to NB (-1.86%).

The index clipped higher again today with local investors continuing to dominate the turnover charts. The main action today took place in Delta ($1.27).
