Not a bad day at all in Gaborone with a few counters contributing to the market, RDCP (unch, $650k) being 78% of total market turnover, Letshego (unch, $130k) and BIHL (unch, $46k) accounting for a combined 21% of the value traded today.
Market turnover decreased by 8.7% with foreign investors continuing with a net purchasing interest accounting for 81.9% of the total market and 60.5% of the buy side. Equity (unch, KES36.25) saw a number of massive crosses accounting for over 53% of the exchange, the only other with decent weight was Safaricom (-1.03%, KES24.00) weaker from the previous days trading.
Not the best day on the bourse by Nigerian standard, the financial sector dropping 0.33% and the Consumers advancing 0.18%. Guaranty (unch, N41.70) and Zenith (-.023%, N26.25) the only two names to bread the $1m mark with the former accounting for 36% and the later 21% of total market turnover. Intbrew was once of the major gainers on the market today advancing 4.99% and Mansard was the biggest loser dropping 4.84%.

A few massive crosses in Econet (183.57c, $5.9m) accounting for 67% of the market and Delta (306.18c, $2m) drove the Harare bourse today. The Industrial Index edged up marginally by 1.28 points with Meikles and NMB advancing 16% and 5% respectively while Old Mutual (1,420.00c, $342k) was the only other name worth mention in a market which is turning out to be a 2 horse race.
